Good location and decent breakfast. Check-in can be more helpful...I feel like you needed to figure everything out or have to ask the right questions rather be provided with any helpful guidance upfront. Room itself was clean and has good insulation. However, the bed mattress is not very good, covers and duvet were very starchy/scratchy, and pillow (you only get 1 per person) was pretty useless (mostly air in the pillow, not much to it, it is as flat as flat can get).

The people were super friendly at this location however, the room was sooo dusty seemed like no one stayed there a while and no one went in there to refresh when guest were arriving and my husband and I are super allergic to dust so that was fun. There wasn’t a phone in the room so contacting the front desk was you had to walk over to the other building so that was inconvenient otherwise it’s a great location.

Beautiful place. Great location. We had a spacious family room with a perfect view of the valley, Wengen and Staubbach Falls. Great breakfast was included. Had a great fondue dinner with the family, including a very nice 007 drink.

Great views, perfectly situated & friendly staff.

Room had great views, a balcony and a comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated just 2 mins walk from the train station, Coop supermarket and the 141 bus stop (both directions). The bus is free in the winter season.

Beautiful location with lots to see and do. Transport excellent and staff were helpful and friendly. Food in the hotel was delicious, would definitely recommend. We stayed in chalet style room overlooking Stabbach and it was wonderful.
