Schöne Hotelanlage welche sehr gepflegt ist. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Restaurants decken ein grosses Speiseangebot ab und auch die Kinder kommen auf ihre Kosten. Leider gibt es keine Familienzimmer oder Verbindungstüren. Das Hotel ist ausser diesem "Mangel" sehr kinderfreundlich. Das Personal zeigt sich ausserordentlich zuvorkommend und beim Buffetrestaurant weiss Alan jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Einen Besuch bei Vik's ist ebenfalls ein muss.

Ayant hébergé au Lux* Grand Gaube en 2019 dont j’avais énormément apprécié, j’ai voulu donc voulu aller à nouveau à un hôtel du resort Lux* mais au Morne cette fois-ci. Cependant, j’ai été déçu au niveau des services et des propositions de restauration et ne donnerait pas 5 étoiles à cet hôtel.

Das beste Hotel ever! Habe noch nie so einen guten Service gehabt. Freundliches Personal, Zimmer IMMER saube und wurden mehrmals am Tag geputzt. Das Essen sensationell! Nichts auszusetzen :)

Strand ist sehr schön, Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht, essen überteuert und entspricht keinem 5 Sterne Hotel, Zimmer sehr klein und dunkel. Eine Renovierung wären dringend nötig.
