The room was absolutely disgusting. Uncomfortable beds. Black spots all over the covers. Crisps stuck to TV remote. The water there smells like eggs. No staff around. Awful place to find. Completely unsatisfied.

Convenient for the University and free parking. We were able to get early access to the room. Decor of room was in poor maintenance and it was expensive.

Hotel is close to the Leeds University and room was inexpensive. One can spend nights here but not much more since the room is not really all that comfortable

Little TLC required

We stayed in room 21, the emergency light has a green indicator light within it and it shines right at you and it's very distracting if you are a light sleeper. The shower handset holder was broken and the handbasin drain was vitually blocked . I reported these items and the handset holder was sorted by the evening but the basin was not . The mattress will need changing very soon as it has a saggy middle . The room was warm and clean so on the whole I was not dissatisfied, but with a little bit of care to detail it would have rated higher .

Shoddy even by budget standards.

Location: Near University campus so stayed there to go to a music event at the University so was convenient as under 10 minute walk.

Staff tried to charge me £65 instead of the agreed £30. No hairdryer in room despite being on initial order. Missing a tile from shower step - when reported this (as collecting hairdryer) was asked if I'd just broken it instead of getting an apology or being offered another room! Answered no, it's missing, there's no tile there at which point he backtracked and said they knew about it! No spoon with tea/coffee sachets. Spider webs in most corners at ground level. Dirty back boards and old stained sheets. When knocked a toilet roll on floor in bathroom it came up with not just dust but other peoples 'short' hairs on it, yeurgh. Shower was good and hot but too powerful for the drains as had to stop it 3 times as over-ran tray, just in order to get my hair rinsed! Could hear every time a neighbouring room ran tap or flushed as noise of plumbing very loud. Only light for the room directly in front of raised t.v. meaning large glare on screen at all times and had to tilt head to see screen. Down a muddy lane that's not paved so footwear unclean by time reached road.
