My mom and I had a great experience, room was spotless, comfortable blankets excellent bed and pillows. Everything super clean and things actually work. The only negative side was that we went to the breakfast around 28 minutes before closing the buffet and the breakfast concierge lied to us saying that we only had 10 minutes to start and finish our meal, it was awkward because we actually had 28 minutes until 10am, I also noticed that they were rushing up to finish the breakfast making us leaving quickly. My mom and I felt so pressured that ruined our morning. We feel like these two ladies were not having a good day and discounting their frustrations on the guests. Also within 28 minutes before closing they stop adding food to the buffet, so if you want a full breakfast meal that you paid for go early. I usually leave tip for the waitress but this time I think they didn’t deserve.

Great service for hotel staff. concierge to keep your luggage for few days while traveling outside Lima. Security top 10. Steam bathroom and pool 24hrs. Beside an excellent restaurant. Very clean room. and you have 30 minutes shuttle to the airport. Lima Traffic is quite bad so just try to take early or late night flights to avoid the traffic.

****THIS HOTEL IS NOT AT THE AIRPORT!******* this listing is deceiving. Although there is one by the same name at the airport - we had to take a shuttle 15 minutes away after going to that hotel and being told we were booked at the OTHER hotel with the same name. The hotel was clean and included a very nice breakfast.
