Really nice place. Some street noise filters in but it wasn’t too bad. Apartment was large and clean, had no issues throughout my weekend. Very walkable but located on a hill

appartement situĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© des transports en communs donc facilitĂ© pour se dĂ©placer mĂȘme si pas Ă  cotĂ© du centre de Lisbonne ( 10-15 min)La propretĂ© est Ă  revoir ; appartement sale , frigo sale : on se demande si le mĂ©nage a Ă©tĂ© fait avant notre arrivĂ©e.L'Ă©vier cuisine bouchĂ© , envoyĂ© message durant la semaine oĂč on Ă©tait lĂ  mais aucune visite pour le dĂ©boucher ..pour le nombre de couchage c'est juste pour 2 personnes , ne pas tenir compte du canapĂ© indiquĂ© sur l'annonce car pas en trĂšs bon Ă©tat , on l'a testĂ© est pas confortable du tout , assurĂ© de se rĂ©veiller avec un bon mal de dos.

LouĂ© pour 10 nuits tout de mĂȘme, n avons pu accĂ©der au logement qu Ă  14h15 au lieu des 11h prĂ©vus dans l annonce, la femme de mĂ©nage n ayant pas fini le nettoyage car soit disant, laissĂ© trĂšs Sal par les prĂ©cĂ©dents locataires. Pas notre problĂšme. Le sofa qui sert de couchage est tĂąchĂ©. Pas assez d ustensiles pour la cuisine. PoĂȘle HS, revĂȘtement. Il manquait des draps pour le sofa. La porte de la salle de bains se coince, attention Ă  ne pas rester bloquĂ© pour un enfant par exemple. Avons contactĂ© le propriĂ©taire qui devait nous reloger, dans un autre appartement chose qu il n a jamais faite, silence radio jusqu a la fin du sĂ©jour. Le quartier n est pas propre, dĂ©tritus au sol sur les trottoirs, remontĂ©es dĂ©sagrĂ©ables d Ă©gout. La clim est un appareil climatiseur au sol bruyant et pas une climatisation intĂ©grĂ©e. Bref, tarif Ă©levĂ© par rapport aux prestations.

Redelijk verblijf. Badkamer mag wel wat vernieuwd worden, o.a. de kitnaden slecht en vies. Bedbank vies en slaapt voor een volwassene niet goed. Slaapkamer was prima in orde. Keuken voldoende. En fijn dat er een wasmachine aanwezig is. Ontvangst met codes werkt prima en de eigenaar reageert snel.

El apartamento, que a primera vista nos pareció mås mono que en las fotos, no estaba todo lo limpio y cuidado que nos hubiera gustado: utensilios de cocina por repasar, polvo en las superficies en general, el sofå, lleno de manchas y sucio con un reposabrazos roto... Lo peor fue al comprobar a la noche que dicho sofå, donde iban a dormir nuestros hijos ( de 10 y 12 años), no disponía de såbanas ni nada para cubrirlo. Tan solo disponíamos de dos edredones con alguna mancha, con dos fundas que a recién puestas no olían, precisamente. Tuvimos que dormir los 4 en la misma cama de matrimonio después de esperar un rato si podíamos contactar con el propietario y desistir hasta la mañana siguiente, tras una escueta disculpa. El edificio es todo de apartamentos de alquiler turístico y por los ruidos a altas horas de la noche, al menos cuando nosotros hemos estado, parecía estar ocupado por gente joven de fiesta. No recomendable para familias.

The pros. The appartment is properly sized for 4 people and bright. We found salt, sugar napkins soap and a lot of other items to clean up the room and the dishes. The surroundings are a bit decadent but we liked the location and the availability of tram, buses and shops nearby. The cons. The appartment was not deeply cleaned up before our arrival and we had only one set of linens for two beds. The toilet smells bad

Le logement n'était pas propre, de la poussiere partout la vaisselle trouble, le sol trÚs sale, a notre arrivée nous avons dû passé un coup de balais.La salle de bains une catastrophe les joint de la douche complÚtement moisis et les forte odeurs de canalisation. Franchement trÚs déçu !

Appartement bien agencé mais la propreté de l'appartement reste à revoir. Il manque de la vaisselle pour pouvoir manger et cuisiner. Le proprietaire a été réactif suite a nos messages. Le secteur est bien désservit par les transports en commun mais de bonnes chaussures de marche sont de rigueurs..

Pleasant Night in Lisbon Our one-night stay in Lisbon was enjoyable. The flat's charming azulejo-style decoration added to its appeal. The owner was quick to respond to Expedia messages. While minor maintenance could enhance the experience, overall, the flat is lovely and our stay was satisfactory.

Nice stay!

Everything worked well, the place is nice located and equipped with the necessary stuff. It’s a little noisy with the road or with the neighbors (when they decide to have a party), but all in all it’s totally recommendable. Would book again!

Im Haus werden offenbar ausschließlich Wohnungen an Besucher Lissabons vermietet. Bus 13B gleich gegenĂŒber, Bus 735 in 3 Minuten fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Gute Erreichbarkeit nach Alfama. Die Wohnung ist geeignet fĂŒr 2 Personen. Bett prima, WLAN gut. Kann Nachts etwas lauter werden. Keinerlei Basis-Informationen zu MĂŒll, WLAN, etc. im Appartement vorhanden. Oscar antwortet aber recht schnell. Die KĂŒche ist einfachst ausgestattet. Wer dort nur Kaffee trinken und GetrĂ€nke kĂŒhlen will, ok. Kochutensilien und Schneidmesser in mĂ€ĂŸigen Zustand. Das Bad sollte dringend ĂŒberarbeitet werden. Dusche mit Schimmelbildung. SchiebetĂŒr teilweise ausgehĂ€ngt. Decke nach Wassereinbruch von oben durchbrochen. Der Gesamteindruck wird durch Bad und KĂŒche leider getrĂŒbt.

Appartement conforme, à l'écart des zones animées. TrÚs bon séjour, simple petit bémol : l'eau coule par un petit trou dans la salle de bain lorsque le voisin du dessus prend sa douche...
