Hotel is between airport and downtown major attractions. Located closed by the subway station. Staffs were friendly and courteous. However, breakfast was not readily available as promised at 7 am when we had to grab something and go to the airport in the morning. We were told to wait an extra 30 minutes. Menu is limited.

The hotel is new, clean, and modern. However, we experienced significant issues with the air conditioning. Despite it being winter, the room temperature was excessively hot. We were unable to adjust the thermostat, as it appeared to be centrally controlled. We contacted the evening staff seven times and were assured the issue would be addressed, but no adjustments were made. As a result, the room remained uncomfortably warm, and we were unable to sleep.

Room was extremely small especially for two people. We barely got room service because our things barely fit in the room we hardly had space to move around. However the hotel was clean. The hotel main entrance is sitting off the main street but 15 mns away from the city’s main attractions. Very accessible by bus and train which are respectively located accross the street and downstairs. Uber was fairly cheap to get around. We ate locally because their food menu was very limited. Everyone was very friendly and were readily available to help us.

Breakfast was not included Breakfast cost 15 euro for person breakfast is expensive and for what you eat Also lunch was expensive compare with other location .Room is not what you see in figure(advertisement) Room is very Small Matters was worse and difficult I order a queen bad and there was two separated matters Was very difficult to sleep The cost of room There was $ 74 and i payed 80 dollars plus 40 euros (the hotel was charging me 40 euros more for tax ) The Expedia confirmation said you payed all taxes????With this price you can find hotel in center of Lisbon much better than this hotel and including breakfast .Location is periferic and all night you will listen the train Sorry but i never will recomanded to anyone
