Pleasantly central, but also away from the crowds

I was thrilled to find that this apartment was ground level, everything was accounted for and it was very spacious, the whole building is vacation rentals, but that was good as out noisy neighbors left after two days, would absolutely recommend to anyone, perhaps our favorite vacation rental ever

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
I do not recommend staying here To start, communication was terrible. No one answers the phone, and the WhatsApp support is not monitored, it immediately routes you to an AI that just sends you in circles without resolving anything. I didn’t receive the access codes until three hours after my scheduled check-in time, leaving us stranded outside with no way to get in. If you book here, be prepared for the possibility of waiting with no communication or assistance. Customer service is essentially nonexistent. No one responds, and there is no sense of urgency or concern for guests. Once we finally got inside, the property was extremely outdated, run-down, and dirty. The entire place smelled damp, humid, and musty, and all of our clothes absorbed the odor. We were only given one roll of toilet paper for four people. The bathroom had leaks, the floors were old and worn, the walls showed water damage, and paint was peeling throughout the property. The sheets also appeared as though they had not been changed before our arrival. Towels dirtyOverall, the property was dirty, poorly maintained, and completely unwelcoming. I would not recommend staying here. Between the lack of communication, nonexistent customer service, and the poor condition of the property, this was an incredibly disappointing experience.
