The apartment was in a very convenient location and we had a good time for the first few days. Then someone else checked in on the upper floor and was very loud so we could barely sleep

Unfortunately the place was disappointing. Everything is shown signs of heavy wear, and a lot of things are in need of replacement. Particularly floor in the kitchen is so badly worn, that it looks dirty no matter how hard you try to mop it. Very poor noise insulation, and noisy neighbors made for bad nights. Additionally, the main electrical breaker would turn off many times a day, if you run just two appliances at the same time. Disappointed in our stay.

Good in the city of Lisbon

Superbe pour une famille de 5 personne. Je voulais un early check in, j’ai du appeler une fois sur place pour demander si je pouvais m’installer dans le logement alors que la veille je leur avais demandé par mail s’il était possible pour un early check in. Très spacieux, au 4eme étage sans ascenseur. Situé à 5 minutes de l’arrêt Anjos. Propre et lumineux. Cuisine à disposition. Un Auchan pas très loins pour faire les courses. J’ai beaucoup aimé ce logement. Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de check in avec une personne. Toute les infos vous seront donné une fois toute les informations complète sur le site. Superbe pour visiter Lisbonne.

Large and well laid out flat. Great location and near to communication. But misses a microwave oven and also clear guidelines for the trash can at the entrance. It became full during our stay and was not emptied.

チェックインからチェックアウトまで全てオンラインの対応でした。TAXの支払いはExpedia以外のシステムでの支払いでした。支払った後に再度催促のメールが届き、カード会社に支払い状況を確認して処理済みであることを伝えましたが、そのあとは返信がなく不安なまま滞在を終えました。オンラインで鍵の暗証番号は届いたので滞在自体は問題なかったです。 施設自体は広いです。部屋数も十分にあります。ウェルカムドリンクのワインは好印象です。 リスボンでは珍しく雨が続いた時期の滞在でした。寒かったのですが、空調が電熱ヒーターだけで充分ではなかったです。オーブンはありますが電子レンジはありません。オーブンと電熱ヒーターを同時に使ったらブレーカーが落ちました。ブレーカーを探して自分で復旧しましたがその後は交互に使って過ごしました。 タオル類の交換がなく、シャワーの足場はビショビショのままになってしまいました。寒いのでシャワーは辛かったです。 4日間の滞在でしたがトイレットペーパーなくなり自分たちで補充しました。壁が薄く隣や上下階の音は、よく聞こえます。騒ぐ滞在者もいなかったので比較的静かでしたが、20:00以降は静かにするよう気をつけました。 洗濯機はありません。比較的近くにコインランドリーがあり、そこを利用していました。また、その間にあるチキンのお店のテイクアウトはオススメです。 滞在自体はできたのでよかったと思います。

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble par rapport au prix. Une insistance ménage plus importante dans la salle de bain, notamment les sols, aurait été encore plus appréciable. Les nuisances entre appartements en locations sont très perfectibles. L’équipement électrique : oubliez vite de vous sécher les cheveux en même temps que vous faites chauffer de l’eau par exemple (le disjoncteur saute). Sinon la taille de l’appartement, la véranda pour déjeuner, la literie et la cuisine sont top 👍
