Apartment located in Parede, very close to the beach. You are at less than 5 min. walking to the Parede beach. Carcavelos beach is at 20 min walking. You can move easily to Lisbon or to Cascais by train. Parede train station is at 700 meters. Close by you also have several restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.
The apartment was completely renovated and offers a living room with a big screen flat smart TV, a comfortable sofa and a table with chairs. Kitchen is open and electric. Completely equipped allows you to cook your meals or snacks. It includes a dishwasher machine, a full size fridge and freezer and a washing machine. Bathroom is modern with clean design and it includes a shower cabinet and a corian washbasin.
Bedroom follows with a comfortable 1,60x2,00 bed and a big wardrobe. A full size mirror and a small desk are also available. From the bedroom you have access to a balcony with a table and chairs where you still have some sea view. Wifi is available throughout the apartment. Also air conditioning working both for cold and hot is available is the bedroom and in the living room.
