Flat with 90m2 consisting of 2 bedrooms with 18m2, living room with 18m2, kitchen with 15m2 and 1 bathroom with bath, which allows you to sleep comfortably 7 people on an eighth floor with lift.

The area is very well served by road accesses, is next to the junction of the motorway A8 with A9 CREL.

The airport is 12 minutes away by car, Campo Grande 15 minutes away, Sintra 20 minutes away and Fátima 90 minutes away.

The apartment was completely refurbished in 2014 consists of:
  - 1 bedroom of 18m2 with 1 double bed or d2 single;
  - 1 bedroom of 18m2 with 1 triple bunk;
  - 1 bathroom with bath;
  - 1 fully equipped kitchen with 15m2;
  - 1 room with 18m2 with sofa bed and TV

To sleep we have 1 bedroom with 1 double bed that can be separated into 2 single beds, a bedroom with a triple bunk bed, an excellent sofa bed where 2 people can sleep and a fold out bed.



Check-in and check-out times

Check-in time is between 17:00 and 22:00 on the start date of your booking unless another time has been agreed with us.

Check-out time is until 11:00 on the last day of your booking unless another time has been agreed with us. Unauthorized late departures will incur additional charges.

On the day of arrival, guests must present their identity documents (passport or identity card) to the owners.

By law, we are obliged to report some personal details of each guest to the Immigration and Borders Service (SEF).

Extra guests

The guest on whose behalf the booking was made must stay in the accommodation as we cannot accept bookings for other people.

Extra people are not allowed beyond the number of people on the reservation.

Airbnb and Booking take this issue so seriously that in the event of a complaint, the booking is canceled and the guest is not entitled to any compensation.

Although animals can be very well-behaved at home, how they will behave in a new space is not a given. And nobody wants to hear a dog barking at 2am or a cat meowing

Unfortunately, the costs of cleaning up after the animal are enormous in order to avoid allergies for the next guests.

And then there's the problem of smell: nobody who has an animal thinks their house smells bad. But anyone who enters the house will smell it immediately. The house would have to be open for 2 or 3 days for the smell to disappear and that's very expensive.

Any violation of this rule will incur an extra cleaning fee.

Parties

For us, the safety and well-being of hosts, guests and the community in general are a priority, so parties and events of any kind are forbidden in the apartment.

Airbnb and Booking take this issue so seriously that in the event of a complaint, the booking is canceled and the guest is not entitled to any compensation.

Garbage and recycling

Please dispose of your garbage in the bin on the day you leave the property. We appreciate your help in separating recyclable materials. The location of the garbage cans can be found in the House Manual.

This small step makes a big difference to the environment and will help us avoid a fine.
