Welcome to Avenca, the Scandi-inspired tiny house where the city meets the beach. This former workman's cottage has been fully renovated with all the comforts and has a perfect location for a great Lisbon getaway: 3 minutes walk to the shops, 5 minutes walk to the beach, 5 walk to the train station (10 minutes to Cascais, 20 minutes to Lisbon).

Since we live/work/study abroad, we are happy that you stay with us and take care of our new tiny beach and surf retreat when we are away.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Carcavelos Beach. Features include laundry facilities. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a kitchen and a patio in the vacation home.
