Staffs were very friendly and we enjoyed complimentary breakfast very much. Room was tiny, but we didn't expect any thing big. Overall we have enjoyed our 1 night stay, staffs made our experience enjoyable in Lisbon.

I loved this hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, you’re in a prime area, plus free amazing breakfast! The rooms were nice and quiet - not huge, but to be expected in the thick of the city. I really enjoyed it here!

Staff was so kind and the hotel was very clean! We were in a populated area and did not find the noise to be bad whatsoever!! Granted we were out for most of the days but had no trouble sleeping at night as the businesses nearby also close early, and because the area is populated we felt very safe when coming back late at night!

Stayed here for a couple of days before a cruise. Rooms nicely appointed, modern, simple and clean. Restaurant had a nice breakfast buffet, which was very good. Staff friendly and helpful with recommendations of where to eat etc. cruise terminal is a short walk away. Would def stay here again

Good hotel, clean, good breakfast, friendly staff and great location. Looks like a renovated old building. We had a day when there was no hot water in our level, we got moved to another room. The room had the last tissue paper in the box and the sink faucet leaking into the counter. Staff however was really good and helpful, especially Sasha.

Overall a good hotel to stay in, modern, has elevator, comfortable , strategic location in Alfama historical district, breakfast was good but limited amount wasn't filled up right away when the tray empty.
