Overall it was a great stay. The staff member who looked after the rooms was lovely and eveb let ys check in early. When there was a problem with the heating and AC unit she also promptly helped us sort this. The area is perfect for exploring lisbonsortitrigh

This is a self-service hotel with code entry to the building, hotel and room. It all worked well for me. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Wifi was excellent. Bathroom was well appointed, with basic toiletries and a strong hot shower. Basic, but offers what it should at a good standard.

Though there is not reception at the hotel, the hotel staff is reachable via whatsapp and phone when we have difficulty checking in and locating ourself. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean and bright. Love that there’s a lockable room which we can store our luggage temporarily before check in. Enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a great stay in Lisbon and this hotel was perfect. It was centrally located and close to great restaurants, shops, train stations and mor. My surprise and delight was that Right across from our hotel room was this fabulous park- a miradouros with a great view, food, drinks and music.

Loved the room! It was nicely appointed. It was safe. The location was perfect. However, just outside our window was a discount Bar where patrons spilled out onto the street and partied until 2-3am. We did not get much sleep.

Great location in Lisbon to walk to lots of destinations. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, very short walk. The apartment was simple but all we needed. We really appreciated the storage lockers provided and a WC to use when we collected our luggage. Thank you -this was really great service.

This is a lovely historic house in Bairro Alto. It makes an excellent base for a visit to Lisboa. Make sure you carry earplugs for use at night. Rooms cleaned daily. Plenty of buses and tram stops close by. Lots of interesting narrow streets with cafes and arty/clothing boutiques etc.

Location was great, on the main Street in Bairro Alto. Check in was very easy..The place was nicely decorated but we can see there was a lack of maintenance. The edges were not clean and there was mold on the walls. We can also hear the other guests in the building.
