This spacious 8-bedroom apartment managed by Central Hill Apartments, is located in one of the most expensive streets in Lisbon, close to Avenida da Liberdade (the most famous and exclusive avenue in Portugal) and Principe Real (the trendiest location for food, beverages and shopping). With a fantastic view from the living room, you are within walking distance from all the main places to visit in Lisbon such as Avenida da Liberdade, Rossio, Baixa, Chiado, Principe Real, Bairro Alto, the São Jorge Castle and the picturesque neighborhood called Alfama. It´s a perfect location to explore Lisbon, enjoy the traditional daily life and the nightlife of the city!

The 200 square meters apartment fitting up to 16 people is located on the third floor of a very charming building, with original ceiling stucco and fine old wooden floors, but without elevator. It features 8 bedrooms, one living and dining room with a fantastic view over Lisbon, 2 complete bathrooms, 1 additional toilet, an equipped kitchen, and plenty of sunlight.

Extra Guests:
It’s not allowed to have more guests than the ones selected on your reservation. If there are more guests, an extra guest fee might be applied (35€ per person per night)- contact us for authorization and confirmation of the extra guest fee amount.

Security Deposit:
This apartment requires a security deposit of 300€ to be blocked on your credit card.
- You will receive an email 7 days before the check-in requesting you to associate a credit card so it can be blocked 2 days before your check-in.
- If the rules of the apartment are respected the security deposit will be automatically released up to 7 days after your check-out.

Urban oasis

We loved our time at the Central Flat! The location was perfect. Hard to believe that in Portugals largest city, a quiet place in the center of all the activity exists. We are not generally city people but we found comfort throughout our sightseeing knowing that we were coming back to our peaceful flat with great views. The checkin process was great. When we arrived, Thomas promptly met up with us and gave us a detailed walkthrough of the home and shared a large list of activities and sites to take in while we were in Lisbon. He sent me them all by text using WhatsApp. The beds were all very comfortable and clean. We did park in an open garage that Thomas recommended near by that was very easy. The next few nights we were lucky enough to find street parking around 5:30 pm right in front of the home. This was greater because we only had to pay for a couple of hours as parking after 7:00 (I believe that’s what time it was) is free. Highly recommend!
