The hotel itself was clean and well decorated! However, during the first morning at 8:45am, someone entered my room while I was still in bed, and then noticed me and quickly stepped back out. Not sure if this was a worker or not, but it really frightened me. Additionally, while conveniently located, the surrounding area of the hotel did not feel safe, as there were often groups of people gathered outside all hours of the night. They would be inappropriate comments to me. Not the hotel’s fault of course but I think it would be helpful for people to know.

I booked a Deluxe Double Room for two and overall had a really good stay. The service was excellent, staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Lisbon, with a metro station literally steps away, which made getting around very easy. The hotel is clean and beautifully decorated with a stylish boutique vibe. Breakfast had a good selection and everything felt fresh. A few small downsides: the bathroom was on the smaller side, there was a slight amount of mold in the shower grout, and there’s no extractor fan. The rooms are also not very soundproof. I could hear outside noise and some hallway activity. Even with those minor issues, I would definitely stay here again because of the service and location.

Excellent choice of hotel. Had a balcony view over the square and after a tiring day sightseeing, sitting watching the world go by on an evening was so relaxing. Room was only small but adequate as just a base for sleeping and very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was continental and excellent and the free cake and coffee in an afternoon when you needed a rest was a great addition. Hotel very central to the sights and the nightlife. The subway was a 5 minute walk which made airport transfers not a chore at all. Staff were approachable always willing to help and guide. Will definitely be booking again later in the year

The hotel was nice , the location great, the around the clock coffee and tea was a plus, and the stuff were friendly, except the one (v .Z) who checked us in in a very unwelcoming manner, and kept acting unfriendly all through our stay, with no smiles and zero respect towards the guests. We were offended by that kind of treatment, and we noticed other guests also were not comfortable talking to him.

The first time I stayed over a week ago the staff was so friendly and inviting and even offered to have breakfast for me early than 8 but I was leaving to early. My last stay wasn’t so welcoming. The check in felt very rushed and I left at 8 and they didn’t even offer to have something for me.
