Kindly be aware that there is also a bowling alley located below the apartment so occasional noise may be heard from time to time.

There are bike lanes to access the city easily by bike, and the metro stop Saldanha is just a 5-minute walk from the property. There is a lot to explore in this part of the city and you are near to everything!
