Awesome place to stay. Great location, close to nice places for food; great shopping area. True 5 star hotel. The only downside was the rooftop pool area. It’s deceivingly small and felt the pictures exaggerated it a bit.

The Hotel Staff was super helpful. Great location. The room was beautiful. Breakfast was outstanding. The hallway leading to the rooms was very dark. Construction out in front of the hotel made me score it 4 of 5.

Shame major works were going on right outside the hotel so there was some noise. In the rooms there is a Marshall music speaker - not sure it’s a great idea unless you have very considerate neighbours. We had to go down to reception twice after midnight as the music was so loud from the room next door we could tell what song they were playing in our room! Good location, pool a definite bonus and breakfast was good too. The honesty bar was a nice touch too.

Amazing property, conveniently located by one of the best areas in Lisbon. Incredibly friendly staff! Rooms are beautiful, equipped with Smeg appliances. There was some construction going on at the front of the hotel, but that was not an issue.

Luckily we got an upgrade and the room was spacious and very clean. The pool area was too small to enjoy and not very appealing. The dining area and outdoor seating is in the basement and dark, better in the evenings. We stayed 4 nights and didn’t have breakfast because it was €25 each in a dark dining room, only looked attractive at night. Yellow plastic Wet Floor caution signs were everywhere all the time we were there, Health&Safety gone to another level, they looked dreadful. Great location for the centre but the hotel does not look very attractive from outside due to the building work in process next door. Overall this is a great hotel for location and cleanliness sadly we were not over impressed by the reception staff.

Loved Brown’s. Really great service and all public spaces were relaxing and stylish. The rooftop pool is such a fun departure for the city. We really enjoyed this hotel.

Very clean good location high end appliances and bedding. Great Jazz music night and old school 50 and 60 music. Many many coffee table books of all varieties and preferences. Staff very nice and spoke without fake concern really helpful. Great breakfast. Would stay again.
