It is beautiful and super clean hotel, the rooms are spacious and always smell wonderful. In the breakfast there is an amazing selection of exotic colourful fruits that are always fresh. The best thing in the hotel in my opinion is the service. The workers are always smiling and do their best to make you feel welcome and happy. We came back to the hotel 3 times and will be back every time we are in lidbon

The hotel was very clean and the room was well outfitted. The front desk concierge where not as helpful or informative. It would be nice if they welcomed you on your entry to the hotel, or had a list of restaurant recommendations, or services offered. There is a lot of opportunity here. Coming from a service background, the concierge service needs to be elevated and looked at. The basic offerings of a concierge where not presented here aside from a decent check in. They also should make an effort to introduce themselves or ask if they can aid in reservations or tour activities.
