Excellent apartment in the centre of Ericeira with 70 m², 2 bedrooms and capacity for 5 people. It features a living room with TV and sofa (which is a sofa bed), one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and electric kettle. It also has a balcony, wifi, hair dryer, iron and covered parking. The apartment is on the 4th floor and is located in a condominium with lift, swimming pool (ONLY OPEN FROM 01 JUNE TO 30 SEPTEMBER), barbecue area and tennis court. It is located 300m from the beach and about 50m from the centre of S. Sebastião where you can find supermarket, pastry shop, restaurant, barbecue place among several other shops. Ideal for those who want a holiday without having to use the car. Note: We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month. We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established in the form of a lodging tax in all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.40 in high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in low season (1 November to 30 April). Payment of this tax value is not included in the accommodation charge and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually changed by the Mafra Municipal Chamber, so changes to the presented values may occur.
