Excellent apartment in a condominium with pool. 4th floor with views, balcony, central heating and garage. One bedroom with a double bed and another with two individual beds. TV in the living room and each bedroom. Wifi.



Spacious and bright apartment in condominium Cascais Park in Guia, Cascais. The living room is large and bright. There is a seating area with a comfortable sofa and a dining area with a big table with chairs. There is a big window facing the sea side where you can also see the condominium pool from the top. Close to that window you have one door that gives access to the kitchen and another door giving access to the balcony.

The balcony has a big table with 4 chairs and it offers some privacy. You can enjoy your meals or a sunset drink at open air.

There is one bathroom close by featuring a shower cabinet, toilet and wash basin.

One bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a bath with shower. It has a direct access to the balcony through the slidding window. The other bedroom has two single beds and also accesses directly the balcony. Each bedroom has a big flatscreen TV on the wall. There are plenty of storage space in several closets, both in the bedrooms and common areas.

To the opposite side of the bedrooms you have the modern and fully equipped kitchen. From stove, oven, full size fridge to dish washer machine, washing and drying machines.

This property was really great for our family. It was spacious and clean and we loved the balcony accesible from both bedrooms and the pool. It was not walkable to the city center with kids. Our 7 year old could walk one way and do what we wanted in town but was then too tired to be able to make the trek back so we ended up using Uber a lot. Uber was great and pretty inexpensive too. It had everything we needed aside from a lack of toilet paper which we had to go and buy, towels and dish towels.

Fantastic apartment in Cascais

We had a wonderful time in Cascais. The apartment is exactly as per the listing. It is in a great location. We ate out at Casa de Guia every night and hired bikes there to explore the coast.

Large in Cascais, PT.

Two bedroom apartment is modern, clean and spacious. Walking distance to the centre of Cascais (15-20 minutes), it is convenient to the restaurants at Casa da Guia. The upscale apartment complex has a large swimming pool where young families like to congregate during the day, making it a bit noisy (if you don't have children) and one evening, a nearby neighbour hosted a party on their balcony which kept everyone awake into the early morning hours. And there are the customary dog barking sounds from the neighbourhood (common in Portugal as we came to learn). Large well equipped kitchen and good-sized bathrooms/bedrooms and lots of storage.

Appartement bien situé et conforme

Bel emplacement, apparemment spacieux et bel ensemble immobilier. Superbe jardin paysager et grande piscine Petit point négatif cependant, il serait agréable, apres un.voyage, de trouver de quoi prendre ne serait-ce qu'un café... pas de dosette à disposition à notre arrivée, dommage.Et également, point plus négatif, le ménage.... les joins de la douche pour la petite salle de bain sont sales, tâche sur le rideau droit de la chambre à 2 lits.D'ailleurs, comme convenu dans le contrat, notre départ etait prévu à 11h00, et les personnes de menage ont sonné à 10h30 pour commencer le travail. Ceci n'était pas très correct, nous leur avons demandé de repasser pour l'heure prévue au contrat .
