Very comfortable, but…

Just a few things to be aware of: this apt is on the third floor (US) with a lot of steps, including the front steps. It is above a sex shop with VERY graphic storefront windows. Please replace the pillows and bedding. Other than that, this was a great apt to come home to each day.
