Old Town apartment in Lisbon

We loved the apartment and all of it's amenities. With its central location, quiet and charming neighborhood, it had every convenience right outside our door. i would highly recommend this rental and hope to return in the near future.

Chives Apartment Lisbon

The apartment outside was embellished. It didn’t look like the photos, front or back. The balcony was okay but the caved in rooftops in the courtyard below was not expected as the photos showed differently. Overall, I don’t think it was a good value for the money based on places I have stayed in the past and particularly the amenities provided elsewhere in Portugal. A pod of coffee, paper towels, proper bath towels, bottled water would have gone a long way and my rating would have been better. The interior was spot on and clean, however, we were not provided with enough towels for the washroom or tea towels for the kitchen. The light in the bedroom did not work. I liked the neighborhood and community.

Wohnung nicht wie auf den Fotos, Horror Ausblick

Leider war die Wohnung nicht wie auf den Fotos. Der Balkon war mit einer zerfetzten Markise ausgestattet, alten Holzmöbeln, einem Horror Ausblick auf zerfallene Häuser. Die Wohnung war sehr verwohnt, nicht sauber, alles irgendwie schmuddelig, absolut das Geld nicht wert 😢 niemals hätte ich freiwillig diese Wohnung angemietet, wenn ich sie so real gesehen hätte. Warum stellt man Fotos ein, die nicht real sind? Ich habe einen gewissen Grundanspruch, der hier null erfüllt wurde. 😢 Leider führte die Meldung an FeWo und an auch den Vermieter zu nichts…Am letzen Tag wollte abends der Vermieter die Wohnung ansehen, was wir dankend ablehnten, da es nun nichts mehr brachte. Es gab ja auch nichts zu verbessern außer abreißen und neu bauen 😒

Très bel appartement bien situé et très bien équipé

L'appartement est très spacieux et très bien équipé : pour cuisiner, serviettes dans toutes les chambres, beaucoup de rangement. Très propre, climatisé. Les transports en commun sont très proches : ligne de bus pour aller à la gare, ligne de tram pour visiter la ville. Un petit parc à proximité ainsi qu'un marché.

Très bien situé

Appartement bien situé. Au cœur de Lisbonne. Séjour agréable sauf pour le wifi. Après plusieurs communication avec le locateur nous avons pu avoir accès au wifi (36 heures). Pour tout le reste, ç’a été parfait.
