Cosy chic cabin with private terrace, shared heated* swimming pool
Modern and cozy log cabin on a small property with 2 more rental houses. 8 km from the beach, 10 km from Ericeira, 5 km from Mafra and 30 minutes from Sintra and Lisbon. The house is open space with kitchen and 1 bathroom. The pool is shared with the other 2 houses, and also with me, wyfe and kid ... who sometimes also deserve a dip :)), so it is never crowded !!
Other things to note
Be aware that:
- Since January 2019, the municipality of Mafra has a mandatory occupancy fee that must be paid in cash at check-in (€ 2 per person per day, from May 1 to October 31, and € 1 from November 1 to November 31 April, for the first 7 days of the stay).
Children under 12 do not pay.
- In accordance with Portuguese law that aims to prevent human trafficking and other illegal practices, at check-in, we are required to request your personal data (such as home address and ID / passport number) to send it to SEF, our Immigration Department. and Border Services within 3 days of your arrival.
- If you are arriving on a delayed flight, please inform us in advance so that we can arrange according to your needs, the best check-in!
