Spacious unit. Clean. Located in a trendy Neighborhood so lots of places to eat and drink nearby. A bit of a walk to the main tourist center and definitely a work out because of the hills. Would recommend!

Lisboa at dos negros

Enjoyed the unit The exterior entrance and hallway and stairs shabby, stale odor One set of keys for 2 couples, second set did not arrive as promised. Bathroom, great design but not functional for owner. The shower pan finish is blotched and coming off, looks dirty. The intersection of the glass wall and shower pan had leaked and the repair is amateurish. Water splashed out of the open end of shower. The door trim has deteriorated as well as the bottom of the door. You have to put your full weight against the bathroom door to close it. The water has also started to deteriorate the wood floor where it intersects with shower pan. One bath towel per person for a week stay is not enough for women. The handle for shower controls need to be tightened. Hand soap dispenser was not filled A body soap dispenser in the shower would be nice. No niche or shelf in master bath for shower amenities Though it could be a clean design feature, robe hooks are needed in the bathrooms A card explaining how to use the washer, stove and microwave would be nice and save some learning time. A yoga mat would be a nice touch and not too expensive The sconces in the second bedroom(without bath) did not function. The full length mirror in the closet of the second bedroom should be attached to the wall. It is angled so that you can't open the drawer. It is also in danger of falling. Add an ext cord or outlets at the bed so you can plug in more than the light
