The location was convenient to restaurants and shopping. The check in process was easy and straight forward. I was not aware or prepared for several flights of stairs and no elevator. As we had luggage, this was not convenient.

Pire service a la clientèle. Ils n’ont pas valider nos documents ni envoyé le code d’entrée pour notre chambre. Ils ont fini par le faire une fois qu’on a contacté hotels.com car ils ne nous repondaient pas. Notre avion est arrivé à 8h am. Le site disait qu’on pouvait laisser nos bagages jusqu’au check in (moyennant des frais). Par contre personne qui repond ni par email, ni par le site de homing ni par téléphone. On a du trainer nos bagages toute la journée. Horrible expérience. Retard également entrainé pour le check in. On a fini par avoir nos codes d’accès pres de 30 min en retard.

The place is beautiful. The kitchen is a plus. The bathroom clean and nice. The bed comfortable But the walls are thin you can listen to your neighbors talk. And the stairs are long , we were in the 3rd floor and it was like the 4th floor. Everything you see in the picture is exactly the same. Transportation very near .
