The place is very nice. We were very disappointed with the check-in and to have to deal with a shower that overflowed throughout the bathroom. We were assigned a check in contact but this person did not respond to us. She was apparently unavailable so I ask why did the company assign her to us. This resulted in us waiting at the apartment with not apartment number and no access to the lockbox where the key was stored. My texts to her started the night before we arrived and she assured me she would provide the day of our arrival. Very frustrating and unnecessary. That night when we took showers the shower drain was blocked and flooded our bathroom. We called immediately and they said they couldn't send anyone until 11 am the next morning which meant we had to mop up the floor and used a couple of towels as well. When I asked for more towels they said they can send 1 towel which I expressed my disapproval so they sent more. I think they overall experience was worse because the unit is owned by a company and is a corporate rental not an individual(s). Also there is no air conditioning so it was fairly warm which I did not realize when I booked.
