The apartment is excellent as to cleanliness, location and ease to get around in the city.Difficlty in dealing with the owner Franklin. I rented the place with parking and when I got there he said parking was not included. I was able to enter the garage and parked the car. He sent me a oicture of the car and asked if it was mine ortherwise he would call the police.I had to pay him an additional 70 Euro and I didn't get a remote to get in and out of the garage. So I was in Limbo for 4 days without a car.Don't trudt the owner unless you get everything in writing first.
