Beautiful and spacious apartment located on the first floor with an elevator and included parking, featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
We have air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the living room.
The spacious living room is the heart of the apartment, equipped with a smart TV. The golden bedroom has a smart TV and a work desk.
We also have a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, iron, and ironing board.
One of the bathrooms is shared between two bedrooms, and the other is located in the hallway.

The apartment’s location offers excellent access to public transportation, making it easy and convenient to explore Lisbon, mostly on foot or by public transport.

The area is also served by Lisbon’s iconic historic trams, most notably the famous Tram 28, one of the most emblematic ways to discover the city, passing through historic neighborhoods such as Graça, Alfama, Baixa, and Estrela. Nearby, you’ll also find traditional elevators like the Bica Funicular and the Santa Justa Lift, ideal for navigating Lisbon’s characteristic hills.
