Situated just off the A5 in Estoril and close to both the tennis and the golf club, this luxury private condominium sits atop a hill overlooking Estoril and the bay of Cascais with its beautiful marina.



The Apartment comes with two underground garage spaces and is situated on the raised ground floor with direct and quick access to the large infinity swimming pool and gardens. The entrance opens into a small hallway with the kitchen directly in front. The kitchen is modern with the latest appliances, a twin gas hob and four space induction cooktop that looks onto the veranda and the view beyond through a double set of glass patio doors. This makes cooking with a view, direct communication to family and friends sitting at the patio table a unique and social situation.



To the right of the entrance is the social toilet and to the left, beyond an artistic white screen is the open plan living and dining area.



The dining area has a glass table seating 6 people and the living room is well appointed with two large leather sofas and two large single sofa chairs around an antique ornate coffee table, perfect for social gatherings or watching TV by the black stone fireplace. Five large sliding and opening patio doors take you outside to the spacious veranda which can also be accessed by the kitchen doors and where you can enjoy the perfect sundowner or al fresco dining. The Bedroom wing is to the right, past the social toilet and comprises of three bedrooms. The master en-suite bedroom faces the garden and stunning views with access to the veranda. A further double bedroom has its own small veranda on the other side of the building and this shares a bathroom with the twin bedroom which can always be converted into a double.



The Apartment provides the perfect 'getaway' to soak up the Portuguese outdoor lifestyle.
