Stay was good, the apartment could use more lighting. The neighborhood is a little on the seedy side, but is close to Rossario square.

Our apartment was very comfortable and homey. We enjoyed relaxing in our space after a busy day with lots of walking! The staff was very communicative and responsive. We loved getting pastry at the bakery and getting water and other necessities at the little store, both directly across the street.

The unit was clean and well laid out. Recently renovated. Our unit was on the main floor which wasn’t good because if we opened the only blinds at the front, we were looking right into the street and people were looking right in at us. The only windows were high up in the living room area and quite inaccessible, but had a nice view. The front street could be noisy and was dirty. Location was very good for walking to sites.

I want to start off saying that the accommodations were spotless and the property itself is very secure and appropriate for a touristic visit of Lisbon because of its location. That said, the location is a double edge sword as the Martim Moniz area is not the cleanest and my wife felt unsafe especially at night when we passed by the Martim Moniz square, as an alternative I recommend highly that you use the Rossio metro station to access the Hotel as it will save you for passing by that said square. All in all I do recommend this place for all tourists as long as you use the Rossio metro station.

Its a one bedroom apartment with all amenities. Very clean and well maintained. However the access road is narrow windy and no parking available. Also people on the street that didnt feel good . The apartment is like a fortress . The location is fantastic just minutes from Rosso square

Nice clean apartment right where you want to be in tourism area of Lisbon. Close to subway and trams. Head a little North to get better prices for dining. We found it easy to find and walk to from many attractions. Staff communicated quickly and effectively (we chose WhatsApp). Make sure all your contract is completely filled out and it will work seamlessly. Bedroom windows are on street so there are street lights and shades don’t quite block all light out. Bed was very comfortable and everything worked.

Apartment is nice, good size, comfortable and good amenities. Located very very close to center near many attractions. Host is very responsive. Many shops around. It’s so central that we had short walks to tours meeting points that we had booked. At night it can be noisy.. and it’s a short hill you need to climb to get to apartment but it’s common for many Lisbon homes. Overall great!

En super fin og moderne lejlighed. Desværre var køkken og opholdstue i kælderniveau med små vinduer højt oppe, så man havde lidt en følelse af at bo under jorden. Det er et meget hyggeligt kvarter med snævre brolagte gader lige i centrum. Det kan føles en anelse utrygt, da dette område tydeligvis er et afro-kulturelt område fyldt med sorte gadesælgere, men jeg følte mig nu ikke antastet, og alle var flinke.
