Positives: Good location- not far from metro stop. Lots of bakeries nearby. Lovely common area. Good size lockers for valuables. Bedside light and PowerPoint for charging phone. Mirror in room. Each floor has unisex bathrooms. Negative: Reception on 2nd floor. No elevator.

There is issue of bed bug - lied in bed for 10min then bit by the bed bug! It leaves a big ugly scar to me and itchy to death

Wonderful Stay; Highly Recommend!

I absolutely love this hostel. This was my second time staying here, and I love the cozy, friendly atmosphere, the sangria every night and the tasty breakfast. The staff is warm and welcoming, and I always meet good people here. It's also in a perfect central location in Lisbon

No frills but overall pretty good

Room had a fan but no air conditioning, so we had to sleep with the window open. Road below is noisy, so this resulted in some restless nights. The location was excellent, provided breakfast was good, and bathroom was clean enough considering that it was shared. The reception staff seemed to be more interested in talking to her friends than actually providing assistance, but still got the job done.

Enjoyable Stay

Stayed in a four bed dorm for 2 nights on the second floor. The dorm room was very "cosy". There were four custom built bunk beds and a locker for each, taking up about 80% of the room. The beds were solid and comfortable. Normally I get woken by bunkmates shaking the bunks, but here I got some of the best sleep ever in a hostel. The room didn't have AC, but it did have a fan which was surprisingly effective during the heatwave. The windows of the dorm room had a window looking out onto Rua dos Correeiros, is busy street with many cafes and restaurants. It did get busy and noisy as the window was kept open because of the heat. Although by late evening it's quiet enough that I didn't have any issues sleeping. The toilets and showers are located in the same shared bathroom, which seem to be cleaned everyday. The showers were quite spacious with racks and hooks to hang your stuff while taking a shower. The showers had wooden planks for floors, no chance of slipping on those like you would on tiles. The hostels also has a dining area, a lounge and a kitchen on the first floor. All of which were clean and comfortable. I didn't cook, but others did and looked like it had all the required utensils for cooking. I did use the microwave though and that worked great. The location-wise, the hostel is right in the centre of Lisbon close to all the main sights and transport with plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets around for food. All in all, an enjoyable stay.

Well worth it!

Great location as it is full of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. No cleanliness issues. I found the beds to be a little uncomfortable, and the WiFi can be spotty at times. These were minor issues as the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Worth the stay in perfect location

Check in was easy and pleasant. Stayed in the 10 bed female dorm. The bed was comfortable provided with a pillow and down comforter. A storage locker was provided to keep belongings. Bathroom was clean but cold, only 1 toilet for 10 ppl and 1 sink with no storage space. Needs a table or stool for bathroom essentials. Location couldn't be better and staff are friendly and helpful

Based in Baixa Lisbon

Goodnight Hostel was in the heart of Baixa, Lisbon so one of the more active parts of the city was instantly available outside the hostel doors. Staff were friendly and welcoming and gave a good restaurant recommendation for dinner. The hostel was very secure, the room was comfortable and secure as well, and the bathroom was clean and had a lot of hot water. Breakfast came with the room and was more than adequate. The hostel had a friendly and casual environment. I would stay there again.

Convenient and sufficient for my needs.

Stairs! Lots of stairs.... but convenient area. A little annoying to have restaurants harass you as you walk to your hostel. They overcharged me 1 euro. 2 showers and 2 toilets each floor for 12 people in 4 rooms. It seemed fine but maybe I keep a different schedule than others. Quiet hostel with similar bread/cereal based free breakfast and some daily events. Super close tp baxa chiado metro. Wifi decent.

Good location, restaurants and bars around, convenient, few minutes walk to Baixa metro station. The hostel is nice n cozy, staff are friendly and helpful, speak good English. But too noisy to sleep well at night. Restaurant and bars open till midnight, rubbish car collecting rubbish at 2am for restaurants, woke me up every night.
