The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. For added convenience, the apartment also features a dishwasher for easy cleanup, a washing machine, and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs during your stay.
The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed fitted with hotel-quality linens and ample storage space for your belongings. The bathroom comes complete with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

This tiny dead-end passage is part of one of Lisbon’s oldest neighbourhoods and traces its origins to the 16th century, deriving from the former Beco dos Remédios near the Chapel of Nossa Senhora dos Remédios.
The location offers excellent public transport access. Nearby stops include Rua dos Remédios, Cais da Lingueta, Santa Apolónia station, Mercado de Santa Clara and Lisbon Cruise Terminal.
Within a few minutes walk, you will find cultural landmarks and local eateries. Highlights include the Igreja de São Vicente de Fora, the imposing Miradouro de Santa Clara and the historic Feira da Ladra at Campo de Santa Clara. Traditional fado venues and small restaurants along Rua dos Remédios, such as A Viela do Fado and Tasca do Chico, offer an authentic Lisbon dining experience.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
