Modern, furnished, and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to various top attractions in Paço de Arcos, such as the beautiful beaches, the "Quinta do Relógio", and many good restaurants scattered around the area. There are also many buses nearby and the "Paço de Arcos" train station is only a few minutes walk away from the apartment.

This apartment is designed with an open and cosy living room, where you can relax after a long day exploring the city.

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.

The bedroom contains a comfy queen bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitised for your health and safety.

Please note that the apartment is located on the third floor, and there is no lift.

Paço De Arcos may not be as popular as other cities in Portugal, but don’t let that fool you. Paço De Arcos is a smaller but beautiful upcoming tourist destination that is worth a visit. You will be surprised by some of the unique things to do and places you can explore at this hidden destination.

You can definitely plan a few hours of a side trip here while travelling to Lisbon or Cascais. You might wish to revisit it someday again, to take a break and relax at Paço De Arcos.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

Closest Station: Paço de Arcos Train Station.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find concierge services and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
