The homely apartment is on the 1st floor without lift access.
This apartment is located in a quiet residential area beside Alfama. The exposed wood beams and stone lend a rustic charm that epitomises Lisbon's laid-back nature.
Downstairs is the main living area. As you step inside, you will find the kitchen fully equipped with all the essentials (including stove, oven, microwave, and mini-fridge) needed to make yourself a satisfying meal if you wish to stay in for the night. Next is the two-person dining table and the sitting room with an oversized, comfortable couch that can sleep one person.
Upstairs in the loft is the master bedroom with a large double bed, lounge chair, and skylight. Outside is the terrace with a breathtaking view of Alfama. Be mindful of your head, as the ceiling is very low.
My apartment has one bathroom with a shower and complimentary toiletries. Clean bedsheets and towels are provided complimentary of charge for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The steep streets of Alfama, one of Lisbon's oldest areas, are lined with shops selling traditional crafts and cafes. Passengers pack the historic no. 28 tram, which winds through Alfama on its way up to 11th-century São Jorge Castle. Views from the Miradouro da Graça terrace stretch over the city to the River Tagus. In the evening, melancholy Fado music can be heard in some of the area's long-running restaurants.
It's easy to get around central Lisbon by foot through the city's comprehensive transportation system. You can catch the 28 tram at R. Garça (a 5-minute walk) or take the 734 bus at the same station.
Taxis and Uber are available as well.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
