Welcome to my apartment!
This elegant 102 m² two-bedroom apartment in Cascais offers the perfect blend of comfort, style and convenience, making it an ideal retreat for families or friends seeking a relaxing coastal escape.
Beautifully decorated with contemporary furnishings, the apartment features large windows that fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Located on the fourth floor and accessible by lift, it provides both comfort and accessibility.
Designed with an open plan layout, the living area includes a comfortable sofa and a flat screen TV for relaxing evenings, as well as a private balcony with seating where guests can unwind and enjoy the serene views.
The kitchenette comes fully equipped with all essential cookware and utensils needed to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, an oven and a microwave. A dishwasher makes cleanup effortless, while a washer, clothes dryer and ironing equipment offer extra convenience for longer stays.
The main bedroom features a queen size bed, and the second bedroom includes two single beds, all prepared with complimentary hotel quality linens for a restful night’s sleep. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, thoughtfully stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.
Guests can also enjoy access to the building’s shared swimming pool and gym, perfect for relaxing or staying active during their stay.

The property is located in the heart of Cascais, a charming coastal town west of Lisbon known for its relaxed atmosphere, beautiful beaches, and lively centre. The area offers excellent accessibility, with the Cascais train station just a short walk away, providing direct connections to Lisbon. Several bus stops are also nearby, including one by Escola Secundária da Cidadela, making it easy to get around the town and surrounding areas.
Guests will find a variety of amenities close by. The popular Mercado da Vila is within walking distance and offers fresh local produce, fish, meats, and a range of restaurants and cafés. The neighbourhood also features small shops, bakeries, and supermarkets for everyday needs.
The property is ideally situated for exploring the main attractions of Cascais. The historic centre, the seaside promenade, and the beaches such as Praia da Ribeira and Praia da Rainha are all nearby. Guests can enjoy scenic walks by the ocean, dine in excellent seafood restaurants, or simply relax and experience the laid-back coastal lifestyle that makes Cascais one of Portugal’s most beloved destinations.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.
The nearest train station, Cascais, is just a 12-minute walk.
Humberto Delgado Airport is a 36-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
