This brand new, 100m2 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a well-located building in the heart of Lisbon. It is accessible by stairs. The apartment is perfect for families and friends looking to stay in the city centre!

This living room features a comfortable seating area with a plush sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for lounging after a tiring day.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to prepare home-cooked meals, including a cooking plate and an oven. There's also a washing machine and ironing equipment for all your laundry needs. If you wish to dine in, there's a dining area where you can dine with loved ones.

There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort before your arrival.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest tram stop, R. Conceição, is just a 5-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
