This delightful 130 m² two-storey property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. It is designed with a modern and charming style with large windows, providing guests with a peaceful and bright ambience.
The living space features a comfortable sitting area, including a double couch and an armchair. The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, stove, microwave, and coffee maker.
There are two beautifully decorated bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a cosy king-size bed and multiple storage spaces. The second bedroom has two single beds.
One complete bathroom with all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable. And a shared service bathroom.
The apartment also opens onto a lovely terrace, providing the perfect place to enjoy the soft breeze and a cup of coffee.
The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This coastal gem, between dramatic cliffs and the Atlantic Ocean, offers visitors one of the most scenic beaches in Portugal. The golden sands are framed by rugged rock formations and the ever-changing ocean, creating an idyllic spot for sunbathing, photography, or simply appreciating nature’s raw beauty. Seafood restaurants nearby serve freshly caught fish, often prepared in traditional styles that celebrate the region’s culinary heritage.
Beyond the shore, the surrounding area invites exploration, with winding paths leading to spectacular viewpoints over the coastline. The sound of waves, the salty breeze, and the warm hospitality of the locals make this destination a perfect blend of natural charm and authentic Portuguese character, ideal for those seeking both tranquillity and memorable adventures.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.
The nearest bus station, Av Dr Brandão Vasconcelos (Lgo), is just a 6-minute walk.
Humberto Delgado Airport is a 49-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
