Welcome to my home!

Bright and modernly furnished, this beautiful home is close to many of Lisbon’s top attractions!

Designed with open living and dining areas, the home acts as a peaceful retreat after a day out in the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including an electric stove, an oven, a microwave and a Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine. Please note that oil, salt, and pepper aren’t provided in the kitchen.

There are 3 bedrooms available. One bedroom has a queen bed while the other two come with a single bed and a bunk bed respectively. All the beds are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The 2 bathrooms have all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety.

Welcome to Cais do Sodré / São Paulo!

Cais do Sodré is a typical district of Lisbon along the multifaceted Tagus. Once the toughest district of Lisbon has now been transformed into the capital's most trendy.

Sodré is the name of a 15th-century family that owned businesses in this district always linked to maritime trade. Over time, the whole of the area starting from the bank of the Tagus all the way to the Rua de São Paulo has become known as “the Cais do Sodré” (the wharf of the Sodré family).

Cais do Sodre is not only a ferry terminal connecting Lisbon to Cacilhas and Almada across the Tagus but also a train and subway station and a bus and tram terminal. It connects the Tagus to the rest of the city of Lisbon.

Opposite the Cais do Sodre station is the Praça Duque da Terceira, a square named after the Duke of Terceira whose bronze statue stands proudly in its center.

Lisbon Portela Airport is a 20-mins drive from the apartment.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
