The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cookware and cutlery to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. The space also includes a dining table where people can share their meals.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, a support desk and a wardrobe to store your belongings conveniently.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Rua da Mãe d'Água is a charming street in Lisbon's heart, known for its peaceful atmosphere and proximity to the city's highlights. Just a short walk from Praça das Amoreiras and the iconic Mãe d'Água reservoir, the area offers a blend of local heritage and urban sophistication. Beautiful buildings, quaint cafés, and quiet corners create a setting where visitors can truly enjoy the city at their own pace.

From this location, it’s easy to explore Lisbon’s vibrant neighbourhoods like Príncipe Real, Bairro Alto, and Avenida da Liberdade. Whether browsing boutique shops, dining at a traditional tasca, or admiring the view from a nearby miradouro, Rua da Mãe d'Água places you right in the rhythm of Lisbon while offering a quiet retreat at the end of the day.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, R. Taipas (line 19B), is just a 2-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

This apartment offers its guests an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Lisbon apartment is smoke free.
