This charming 1-bedroom apartment in Lisbon is the ultimate haven for families and friends seeking a memorable getaway. The apartment is located on the second floor, accessible by stairs, and is beautifully decorated.

The living room features a large and comfortable sofa that converts into a sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, a dining table, a desk and three balconies, offering plenty of natural light and a great place to enjoy your morning coffee.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, a drying rack and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The bedroom also has a desk and a balcony, providing a cosy, relaxing space after sightseeing. It features a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Misericórdia is one of the oldest and most traditional neighbourhoods in Lisbon. Located in the city's historic centre, it is known for its picturesque streets, charming squares, and historic buildings. Its vibrant atmosphere characterises the neighbourhood, with bustling markets, trendy shops, cafes, and restaurants lining its cobblestone streets.

One of the most famous areas within Misericórdia is Bairro Alto, renowned for its vibrant nightlife. Bairro Alto comes alive at night with its numerous bars, live music venues, and clubs, attracting locals and tourists alike. During the day, visitors can explore the neighbourhood's cultural landmarks, such as churches, museums, and art galleries.

Misericórdia is also home to several beautiful viewpoints, offering stunning panoramic views of Lisbon and the Tagus River. These viewpoints, known as "miradouros," are popular spots for locals and visitors to enjoy the cityscape.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please be mindful that the dining room table features tempered glass. While it is suitable for dining purposes, we kindly ask guests to avoid placing excessive weight on it. Additionally, we have provided two functional desks and a coffee table for alternative uses.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
