I did not particularly like the property it needs updating. The gym was temporarily unavailable there was no tourist maps available. They had run out that was on a weekend several days later still none

The room was ok. No coffee in the rooms which Is really strange in 2022. Curtains shabby and in effective. A phone often rang outside the door of my room and it was a big distraction.

Good Location, Ok Hotel, Moody staff

Plus - good location for the hotel, walkable to main shopping area, within 6-7 EURO to most places by taxi Minus - certainly worse than what is described. AC in the rooms did not work [we were told that AC is only for heating :(]. There is no service from staff after 6pm other than reception. Not even iron board in the room. Wifi is really slow. Breakfast is just about manageable. If you need a basic hotel to just sleep at night, this is fine. if you are looking for comfort stay, like we were as had booked for 5 nights, then this is not the best one.

Lovely weekend break

Comfortable hotel within close proximity to Lisbon main thoroughfares, Tea making facility in room would have been welcome

perfect 3 day break

the location was perfect, the staff was very helpful and the room was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay .

awesome family break

Great service, friendly, and lovely place to stay for a short break whether with family or single or friends. The location is also great especially if you choose to be walking and enjoy the attractive of Avenida Liberdade until Rossio. I have enjoyed very much and looking forward to stay at the same hotel for my next visit.

Good located

The hotel is good located. The room is clean and the staff is friendly. Please note, that the wifi is not included in the hotel price.
