The hotel, decor, location, breakfast, were all fantastic. Above and beyond all of these things though what really set this hotel apart is the staff who work so hard in providing the guests with a top rate experience. Each member of staff I encountered remained friendly, courteous and professional throughout my stay. Housekeeping also was impeccable. Keep up the good work guys and thanks for playing a massive part on what was a fab week in Lisbon. Couple of suggestions (for the sake of balance) Small Nespresso machine in the room would make a massive difference, instant coffee sachets are abit old fashioned. Also a fresh bottle of water each day I'm sure would be appreciated by most guests. Keep up the good work, hotel britania, I would 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely consider heritage hotels on a future Lisbon visit.

The front desk staff was excellent, they were helpful and they made reservations for us. The breakfast staff was also amazing, they made cook to order food for my wife, who is lactose intolerant. The room itself was also amazing, and it included port wine that was refilled every day.

Beautiful hotel! Our room was spotless and much larger than I had expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Their buffet breakfast was ample and tasty… They recommended Bardo’s restaurant and it was so good we ate there twice!

We could not have found a better place in Lisbon! Centrally located, incredibly friendly staff, and large rooms. The breakfast was lovely and with a large variety of hot and cold items and pastries. In the afternoon, the hotel had complimentary port wine, coffee, water, and Ginjinha available for guests in the cozy, warm bar area. The staff went out of their way to help you and remember their guests. We can not wait to return!
