Overall a wonderful stay. Large room and bath. We were not able to get air condition to cool room sufficiently. We called for help and also asked at the reception but no response. We were so exhausted and it was a one night stay, so that’s the reason for good rather than excellent review.

Modern, clean, quiet, lots of space for clothes, safety deposit box, close to train station. The lighting system is confusing and we never did figure out how to make it work properly. The entrance light never went on for more than 5 seconds and then turned off.

Good and Bad

I was surprised when I arrived to find out the message I received from the hotel prior to arrival said check in was a 2pm, reception told me 4 pm. By 3 pm we had been awake for 24 hours and was finally able to go to our room which was a double bed for my 26 year old son and I, that was not ok so I went down and was given a 2 twin bed room, these beds were amazingly comfortable. Air Conditioning was less than adequate, the room stayed at 20 degrees, there was not any circulation of air. The fridge did not get cold. We drank warm contents, we went out all day on our second day, when we returned there were no fresh towels and all of the toilet paper was gone, there were no facecloths. The shower was great until I got out and the floor was flooded, the small barrier was not attached very well. The breakfast buffet was perfect. The front desk staff were wonderful, that it kind of made up for what was lacking in the room. Location was perfect fit for what we wanted to do.
