Excellent hotel with location in the city. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, the room and its facilities were clean. However, the room and the bed were a tad small for two adults. Overall, the hotel is a good choice and worth the money!

The hotel is at the center of the lisbon downtown. We had 5.0 earthquake and it was able to sustain it without any issue. The servive is good and it has all the basic amenities. The room is litle smaller but everything else is good. I recommend the hotel for long or short term stay.

Very nice room and comfortable for 4. Friendly staff and very clean. We did have an issue with one of the rooms on the first floor where we found small ants. They were made aware to rectify the issue. The other room was in the fifth floor and had no issues. They serve breakfast for a fee but there are bakeries in the are which are great. Also a convenient store right across. Overall great place.

This was a good hotel, the family sized room were good and satisfied our needs. The staff is friendly and helpful addressing our needs. Location of hotel is convenient. Easy to walk around the area. I would stay again.
