The staff at ibis Styles Lisboa Aeroporto is amazing. From the shuttle drivers to the front desk and the restaurant, I’ve never experienced such excellent hospitality. The entire ibis team is fantastic!

This stay was part of our last day in Lisbon post cruise. Hotel was conveniently located near the airport. Small in-house restaurant was a plus. Great TV access. Room was a bit small but provided enough comfort for our needs. Very quiet sleep.

The staff were so friendly and the hotel was clean and close to the airport. Shout outs to Gustavo and Bruno. Continental breakfast is very nice. The service at the hotel restaurant is a bit quirky at dinner time, though. One girl spoke only Portuguese and charged me incorrectly. The young men were accurate but inattentive. The room was very comfortable. I would definitely pick this hotel again.

Amazing front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping staff! The service in every area was excellent. The property is new and offers shuttle service to and from the airport. Their driver was friendly and very helpful. I will definitely return!
The breakfast was really nice.
