Brand new light filled 3 bedroom with open floor plan in the heart of Lisbon. There are 5 Juliette balconies and a terrace. The apartment takes up an entire corner of the building’s 3rd floor. Located in a predominantly residential neighbourhood but within walking distance to historical districts such as Alfama, Graca, Bairro Alto, Chiado, Baixa, Se and Feira da Ladra and 5 minutes to the metro.The apartment is surrounded by many restaurants, cafes, supermarkets , transportation and shopping. The unit is located inside a character filled building with original details but no elevator. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. The unit is fully equipped with everything you may need for either a long or short term stay. Each bedroom is equipped with light blocking blinds and individually controlled AC/heating. This is our home where we stay when in Lisbon and it is not just a rental property. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with no elevator.

Check-in is after 4:00 p.m. and check-out is by 10:00 a.m.

Lisbon Stopover

Although our visit was brief, the apartment checked all of our boxes. Located on a thriving street, it is a bright, cheery place close to public transportation, parks, groceries and restaurants. The beds and pillows were excellent.

This property is well situated within 5 minutes of the metro from where it is 5 minutes to the centre and 20-30 minutes to the airport. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it was well equipped.

Great apartment in a great city

This is a lovely light and spacious apartment. Three good sized double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lounge has plenty of space and has a lovely dual aspect. The apartment is located in a area mainly populated with locals rather than tourists, which means some great value, authentic food on your doorstep. There was a great bakery next door. The apartment was very clean and Alexandra left us a welcome bottle of wine. If we come back to Lisbon we would definitely look to stay again. The only thing to note is that the apartment is on the 4th floor and there isn't a lift. This was not a problem for us but some may wish to consider it

Beautiful and well designed apartment, very well cared for.

The apartment is great, remodeled older building, done up with great taste. Fitted with everything we needed and made for a comfortable stay. Location is good but requires quite a lot of walking or rapid understanding of the public transport. Only disadvantage is building has no lift and you must walk up four flights of stairs. But when you arrive it is most welcoming. Check out time is earlier than normal (10 a.m.) which rather surprised us.

Very open and spacious apt. Great location, 10 minute walk to Metro and 5 minute walk to square to hail a taxi. Super comfortable beds. Alexandra was very helpful/available when we had questions.

A lovely apartment with easy access to services. The furnishings were lovely and the owner very responsive to our questions. The bedrooms are small and the 64 steps may discourage some , but we were very happy with our stay. Party of 6 from Canada

Perfect Stay, Better Than Expected, Highly Recommended

We stayed at this apartment for 5 nights. This is a very nice and totally remodeled apartment. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The inside apartment is better than the photos on Homeaway. We've enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. The owner has always been very responsive to all my emails and questions. Book this 5 Star apartment and you will be glad you did. Thank you Alexandra for letting us stay at your apartment.
