Modern and very bright apartment with balcony and parking, located in one of the richest and noblest areas of the city (Saldanha). Just a few steps away from Saldanha and Picoas metro stations and also within convenient walking distance to the main sights, restaurants, cafes, parks and shopping centers, the apartment becomes the perfect place for couples or solo travelers to enjoy the charm of Lisbon's grand boulevards and cosmopolitan lifestyle.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with elevator and garage and is equipped with air conditioning.
￫ Bedroom
The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe.

The living room has a flat-screen TV, a comfortable single sofa bed, a dining table for 4 people, and access to the balcony.

In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
