Good location in a very walkable area. The space is comfortable, spacious, clean and being able to wash clothing with in-unit washer a real benefit for those doing long term travel.

the goods first. The area was nice and convenient to public transportation. It was quiet at night. The room had a big balcony. The not so good. The check in was not so easy and took us far too long to accomplish. The bed was beyond time for a new one. They charge you 50euro for dirty dishes. They do not provide coffee but do have a machine. The way the room was configured due to oversized sofa and the TV being mounted very low to the floor you have just a few inches to get from the bed to the kitchen and bath area. Good luck to your toes if you have to get up in the middle of the night to get to the bathroom. Lastly you need a long code to get into the building and another one to get into your room.

Scam! Shame on them. I booked this place in May for around as it offered a good rate for a two bedroom two bathroom as we were five travelling however before the trip I received an email that my booking got cancelled! I wrote to them that I didn’t cancel, no one replied. I had no choice but rebook and price was now doubled. In addition, the check in we had to do all the admin work. Do not stay here and travel apps should not have such a place on their listing. It affected our travel budget because of the scam.

Here are few of the unexpected issues: they charged us 39 euros unexpectedly, the apartment had bug bites which bit my daughter while sleeping on the couch, and internet was down for 24 hrs.

L’immeuble peut être considéré comme un AirBnB en entier. N’ayant pas fait l’enregistrement à l’avance, nous l’avons fait sur place. Nous n’avons pas eu à attendre longtemps pour avoir un soutien en ligne efficace. Tout s’est bien passé une fois que nous savions comment procéder (première expérience du genre). Des casiers payants sont offerts au 3e sous-sol puisque note avion est arrivé au début de la matinée et que l’appartement n’était disponible qu’en après-midi. Bel appartement de style condo avec cuisine et chambre séparée avec grande salle de bain attenante avec tout le confort moderne. Très propre. Tranquille. Bien tenu. Check out rapide en ligne. Appartement situé près des bouches de métro. Quelques restos très bien tout près. Dépanneur dans la rue suivante et épicerie pas très loin.

We stayed for one night only but the apartment looked suitable for both short and long stays. It was spacious and spotless clean. Using the kiosk for check-in was easy with the instructions provided and although we had to checkin our child as well, we only paid the city tax for two people. There is street parking right outside the building if you can find a spot - it’s paid during the day 9am-7pm. You can contact the property for additional parking options.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment left a lot to be desired. There were hairs on all the beds, and the sofa bed cover was full of them too. We also found an empty blister pack of medication and some papers left behind. The shower floor felt unstable and seemed to sink when stepped on. The toilet was stained, and when I wiped it with a cleaning wipe, a brown mark came off, which was quite unpleasant. The floorboards made a lot of noise, and both the kitchen cupboard and fridge were dirty. That said, the location was great and communication was clear. The apartment has a lot of potential—it just needs more care and attention to cleanliness.

The apt was great, clean and well located- the second bed/ sofa was a bit complicated to open and not that confortable- to be fair it’s open to a very small twin bed, and have an second one- a full size sofa bed would have been more comfortable- the check in was a bit confusing as there is no one there- is a automatic machine check in- other than that- apt was well located, clean, and comfortable- walking distance to several restaurants and things to see in Lisbon! But far enough to be in a quiet neighborhood! Recommend for families!
