The stay was alright, communication was fine, and the check-in was pretty easy. The location is very nice, with access to the metro right around the corner. However, the actual apartment had some cleanliness issues, the floor was obviously not mopped, and the dust was not collected. There was an ant and moth infestation, the silverware was dirty, and the bedsheets were made nicely but had not been washed properly or at all (disgusting smell). I had to sleep on the couch for the first few days until I was able to figure out how I could wash the sheets myself.I repeatedly asked for a cleaner to come by and tidy up the apartment because it was genuinely very unpleasant to stay there, however, after about 3 days of persistent asking, I come home, and there is a bag with an ant-repellant can (which I guess is the most they could do).I contacted Vrbo and the host insisted that cleaners have come by and done a cleaning, but that was just blatantly untrue. Quite difficult to work with them because of how slow and poor the service on their side is.Will not be staying here again, would not recommend.
