WindMill Guncho Castle Da Luz, part of an architectural tower/house sits on Malveira hill with a commanding view over the road that connects the Costa del Sol stretching from the Lisbon Tagus via Estoril and Guincho beach to the rural areas over to the north of the Cabo da Roca pass. Strategic place to easily reach beaches, forests, the enchantig coastal towns of Cascais, Colares, Sintra, Lisbon and all the province has to offer. Nearest town at 3 m. walk.
The premises comprise 3 indipendent housing sections of the property and three garden levels one of which a pool area. Exotic plants and citrus orchards abound over breathtaking atlantic sceneries from Guincho to the west over Lisbon to the east. From wherever you are the azure of the Atlantic, contrasting with the shiny and deep greens of the Sintra forest and the distant city over the Tagus all contribute to the most diverse scenery you find in the area.

THE LIVING PREMISES
An authentic wind mill from the 18th century with 3 bedrooms and one bathroom plus a double living with 2 french windows on the top garden level. Detached are three indipendent suites on the 1st floor of the castle house, with one ensuite and a split bathroom. Further detached in the lower garden level of the citrus orchards an indipendent cottage house with one bedroom with ensuite bathroom, ample living and dining area plus a comfortable fully equipped kitchen.

THE GARDEN AREAS.
Three gardens surround the entire living premises. On the lower level you have a terrace garden with lime and lemon trees, plus two more orchards with the cottage in the centre. From there ten stone steps lead to the mid garden which is ambundant enough to include a pool and sunbathing area plus other flat surfaces to just rest or practice any king of excercisesor yoga. Furher up you have the top garden that extends with a patio from the castle saloon to the edge of the open horizons over the sea, mountains and the city of Lisbon.
