Location is ideal, in the heart of Lisbon, metro station is at the doorstep of the hotel providing easy access to many attractions. Train station to Sintra is only 5 minutes walk. Restaurants, mall and entertainment closeby. Yet the hotel environment is very quiet. Front desk staff as well as the bell captain are very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous helpful and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was generous and wide variety and options. The Nespresso Coffee machine and pods in the room is a great feature. Tea, and the kettle provided in the room is superb. Bed mattress and pillows very comfortable, bed linen of good quality, clean, and ironed. Pillow cases changed daily. Highly recommended and will definitely stay at this hotel on my future visits to Lisbon.

Great location to the metro. Great friendly staff. Nice rooms with a nice bathroom and shower. Slightly noisy due to the metro and shopping centre area where the music was loud late into the evening. Great stay

Stylish and affordable stay with friendly staff who would help you if needed. Good location away from the tourist hotpot in the centre but ideal for moving round the city due to the convenient metro stop outside the entrance. Good cafe open to the public on the street.
